Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a full-time salesperson in Epagny Metz-Tessy, France! We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to play a key role in helping our customers find the perfect solutions for their needs.

• You will provide exceptional customer service by guiding customers through every step of the sales process, from identifying needs to finalizing transactions.
• Propose comprehensive solutions, including tailored products and services, to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain an attractive and well-organized sales floor to contribute to the overall success of the store.
• Actively participate in the store's economic growth by upselling and promoting accessories to increase margins.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures while maintaining a positive and motivating attitude.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and create a supportive work environment.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed advice to customers.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with customers.
