SAP Senior Consultant – Sourcing & Procurement Focus Discrete Manufacturing Industries (m/f/d)

• Analysis, modelling and conception of processes for clients in the Discrete Manufacturing Industry in the area of Strategic Sourcing and Operational Procurement.
• Implementation of a complete project cycle (Design, Build, Test, Run).
• Design of discrete manufacturing-specific End-to-end scenarios (Source-to-Pay/Procure-to-Pay) with focus on Sourcing & Procurement capabilities.
• Conduct Fit-Gap analysis workshops with the client.
• Analyze SAP business best practices and make suggestions for improvements or new potential.
• Deliver advisory services on how SAP technologies enable a modern and digital Purchasing function.
• Research key business issues to identify improvements across the value chain and support implementation of technology solutions for clients around SAP solutions.
• Present effectively the solutions to the client and get their buy-in before moving into Implementation mode.
• Elaborate innovative potentials of the new S/4HANA solution, staying relevant and in sync with market changes and innovations.
• Contribute to the Nagarro practice growth through innovative spirit.
• Functional advisory and support of team members.

• Integrated module and process understanding in the Discrete Manufacturing ("Maschinen- und Anlagenbau").
• In-depth Knowledge of at least one SAP Module (MM-PUR, MM-IM, MM-SRV, SRM).
• Experience with some project methodologies (Agile, Hybrid-agile or Waterfall); experience in full life cycle implementation of SAP projects.
• Ideally already have experience in S/4HANA projects.
• Be self-motivated in learning new concepts and willing to share knowledge & skills with other team members.
• Ability to work in global environment, co-ordinate with virtual teams.
• Intercultural understanding.
• Ability and willingness to travel, depending on the project requirements.
• Solid written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in DE.
