Job Description

As an Agile Project Manager at Endava, you will lead and coordinate teams to achieve project goals. This role involves driving efficient Agile delivery, fostering Agile proficiency, and influencing stakeholders. You will oversee product delivery in a connected environment, ensuring coordination among teams and Product Owners. Key responsibilities include managing risks, impediments, and dependencies, facilitating changes, and fostering team development to achieve high performance and continuous improvement in workflows.
Must have:
  • Drive efficient Agile delivery within product domains.
  • Oversee team(s) to deliver products in a connected environment.
  • Ensure clear expectations setting and harmonization in co-planning.
  • Identify and manage risks, impediments, and dependencies.
  • Foster team development and enable high performance.
  • Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and smooth collaboration.
  • +6 years of experience as an Agile Project Manager in the IT industry.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Trello, SmartSheets, Asana, Microsoft Project, Miro.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Good to have:
  • Scrum Master certification.
  • Experience in mentoring team members with no previous agile experience.
  • Knowledge of how to introduce Agile methodologies into new environments.
  • Ability to enforce Scrum and other Agile principles.
  • Technical understanding to support the consulting team.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and adaptable.
  • Agile certifications (Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM)).
  • Familiar with scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).

Job Description

Responsible for account delivery, our PDM staff manage and monitor KPIs, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that meet objectives, timelines, and budgets. These multifunctional teams take care of everything from pre-sales, to monitoring progress, to reporting and mitigating risks.

As an Agile Project Manager you will lead and coordinate teams to achieve projects goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive efficient Agile delivery within product domains, foster Agile proficiency across teams, and influence stakeholders and dependencies for successful project execution.
  • Oversee the team(s) to deliver products in a connected environment, facilitating coordination and co-planning among teams, and Product Owners, all working toward the same roadmap and program goals.
  • Ensure clear expectations setting, harmonization in co-planning, integrated product increment, cross-team coordination, cohesive tech solution, and respond to change for connected teams/products.
  • Identify and manage risks, impediments, and dependencies across systems and platforms to ensure successful delivery of connected products, while also facilitating changes at the team level.
  • Foster the team’s development and enable the team to achieve sustained high performance.
  • Identify bottlenecks in development workflows and propose process improvements.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure smooth collaboration across distributed teams.

Qualifications

  • +6 years of experience as an Agile Project Manager in the IT industry.
  • Agile, Scrum, Kanban are a requirement.
  • JIRA, Trello, SmartSheets, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project, Miro, etc
  • Scrum Master certification preferable.
  • Experience in mentoring team members that have no previous agile experience.
  • Knowledge of how to introduce Agile methodologies into new environments.
  • Ability to enforce Scrum and other Agile principles and to explain the benefits to team members.
  • Technical understanding and ability to provide some level of support/understanding to the consulting team.
  • Excellent presentation skills and experience of presenting to senior level stakeholders.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work in an adaptable and flexible environment.
  • Desirable:
  • Agile certifications: Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or other leading Agile certification,
  • Familiar with scaled Agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe, LeSS).
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
