Job Description

Ninja Xpress, a prominent last-mile delivery service in Indonesia since 2015, supports SMEs through various development programs. The company offers flexible services with real-time package tracking and dedicated customer support. Ninja Xpress also provides loyalty programs like Point Rewards, Creative Hub, Prima Benefit, Aksilerasi, and Capital Loans to assist local SMEs. The role involves achieving sales targets, expanding shipper acquisition and growth, and ensuring shipper retention. This requires strong sales experience in logistics, particularly LTL and Road Logistics, with a proven track record in customer networking.
Must have:
  • 5-7 years of sales experience
  • Experience with 4PL & 3PL international logistics
  • LTL, Road Logistics Sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge in eCommerce/international logistics/parcels
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation skills
  • Proactive, resourceful
  • Strong networker & relationship builder
  • Sales target achievement
  • Shipper acquisition and growth
  • Shipper retention
Good to have:
  • Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce
  • Hands-on knowledge of Business Intelligence systems
  • Good analytical capability for market mapping

Requirements

    • 5-7 years of experience as a sales
    • Proven background in working with 4PL & 3PL international logistics companies
    • Experienced in LTL, Road Logistics Sales with Customer Networks
    • Minimum Bachelor’s degree of all major
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • Excellent knowledge in eCommerce/international logistics and/or parcels will be highly advantageous
    • A self-motivated, result-oriented individual, passionate about sourcing new business
    • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Proactive, resourceful with the ability to work well independently or in groups
    • Strong networker & relationship builder and highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environment
    • Strong competency in Customer Orientation, Planning & Organizing, Decision Making, and Influencing
    • Hands- on knowledge of Customer Relationship Mgmt. (Salesforce) & Business Intelligence systems
    • Good analytical capability for market mapping
