Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced insurance professional to support our growing Nordic Construction practice, focusing on client service and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage client relationships
• Provide technical insurance solutions for construction projects
• Support business development efforts
• Collaborate with team members across Nordic countries

Requirements:

• 5-7 years experience in insurance, preferably in construction or related sectors
• Strong understanding of construction risk management
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Fluent English, additional Nordic language an advantage
• Willingness to work across Nordic markets
