Our Financial Services consulting division brings together the 3 expertises "Internal Control, Compliance and Internal Audit" dedicated to financial services players. A key player in this field, our team of consultants works with banking, insurance, real estate and asset management clients.

Within the Financial Services Regulatory team at PwC France, you will work with investment service providers (account holders-custodians, private banks, global custodians, investment and market banks, asset managers, private equity management companies, market infrastructures...).

Through this experience, you will have the opportunity to work on transversal and varied subjects (financial institution, credit activities, investment, financial management, information systems...) with a wide range of financial services clients (banks, investment companies, asset management companies (asset management), brokers, insurance companies...).

Proposed Missions:

• You will support your clients in carrying out their permanent and/or periodic control or you will intervene in the context of organizational diagnostics, risk management and compliance.
• You will primarily intervene on compliance, internal control and risk management issues, notably via:
• The operational execution of missions to measure the relevance and operational effectiveness of controls implemented to manage risks specific to their third-party activities, according to international (ISAE 3402/ISAE 3000) or American (SSAE 18/AT-C 320) permanent or periodic compliance and control standards.
• The execution of diagnostics and compliance audits against specific specifications (e.g., AIMR/GIPS for asset managers, FATCA for private equity management companies for vehicles with pure registered shares...).
• The structuring of compliance, internal control and risk management systems.
• The implementation and monitoring of recommendations formulated during our missions.
• You will also contribute to our applied regulatory watch offer and may participate in training actions at our clients' premises or internal audits on these topics.

Modalities:

• Mission team: 2 to 3 consultants
• Variable mission duration (from a few days to several months)
• Mission location mainly in IDF, travel to France and abroad to be expected depending on the mission

What we expect from you:

• Graduated from a business school, engineering school or equivalent university, you have a first experience of at least 4 years within an audit or consulting firm, an inspection or internal audit department of a bank or a financial services or portfolio management company.
• Ideally, experience in auditing management companies and ISAE 3402 control.
• Mastery of compliance risk issues.
• Good knowledge of the operational and regulatory environment of securities businesses (AMF Regulation...).
• A certification in Investment Performance Measurement from the CFA Institute would be particularly appreciated.
• Very good organization, rigor and curiosity will help you succeed in this position.
• Interest and curiosity for new technologies, tools, development, advanced Excel, etc.
• You have a good team spirit and are customer satisfaction oriented.
• Ease in public speaking.
• Professional English level (B2/C1).
