Senior Data Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team and play a key role in turning complex data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, advanced knowledge of data visualization, and the ability to influence business decisions through data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs and performance metrics.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to identify business opportunities.
• Conduct advanced statistical analysis and build predictive models.
• Translate business questions into data analysis and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance across systems.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices in analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong expertise in SQL and relational databases.
• Proficiency with Python/R for data analysis.
• Experience with BI and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
• Strong statistical and analytical skills, with experience in A/B testing and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and storytelling ability using data.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop, Snowflake, Redshift).
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Previous experience in mentoring or leading junior team members.
