The Quest:

Play a senior design role on a team working on a world class PC/console game
Design game mechanics, meta-game systems, game content, and more
Work closely with artists and programmers to turn your design ideas into reality
Use audience research, playtests, and metrics to make decisions and refine your team's work
Champion the discipline of game design by haring knowledge and mentoring
Pitch creative ideas for new features and upcoming projects

The Skills:

Demonstrated passion for mass-market PC and console games
7+ years of experience as a game designer, or equivalent background
Proven experience designing and tuning action and party gameplay
Experience designing games for PC and console platforms, knowledge of mobile market is a plus
Proficient English with outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication skills
Ability to quickly adapt and hit deadlines in a fast-paced and creative environment
