Job Description

They are seeking a Senior Game Designer (In-game) to establish game level and live event design processes, create engaging visual stories, cutscenes, mini-games, events, and quests, and design game mechanics and systems. The role involves prototyping, gathering feedback, and collaborating with production teams to build and maintain content pipelines.
Good To Have:
  • Experience with Unity development.
  • Experience with live game services (e.g., operating content pipelines and event calendars, optimizing designs based on real-time user data).
  • Practical experience with agile development, and asset adjustment skills such as animation, VFX, and lighting.
Must Have:
  • Establish processes for designing and integrating game levels and live events.
  • Design engaging visual stories, cutscenes, mini-games, events, and quests.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to create concepts and storyboards for levels and events using visual storytelling techniques.
  • Design game mechanics, rules, and systems.
  • Prototype games, gather feedback from stakeholders, and conduct playtests.
  • Work with the production team to build and maintain content pipelines across pre-production, development, production, and live phases.
  • Over 5 years of practical experience in the game industry.
  • Deep understanding of in-game design.
  • Ability to design game mechanics, levels, quests, mini-games, and events.
  • Ability to translate ideas into game mechanics and experiences, then implement, test, and improve them.
  • Experience building 3D game scenes, levels, and environments using Unity.
  • Ability to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of game systems.
  • Proactive in keeping up with the latest information on the mobile F2P market and sharing insights gained through play and analysis with the team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
