Must Have:
  • Controlling working conditions and compliance with OHS regulations.
  • Informing the employer about occupational hazards and proposing corrective actions.
  • Advising on the application of OHS regulations and principles, and participating in occupational risk assessment.
  • Participating in handing over facilities and equipment for use.
  • Reviewing OHS instructions.
  • Organizing workplace environment measurements.
  • Maintaining OHS documentation, including registers and documents related to work accidents, occupational diseases, and storing results of tests and measurements of harmful health factors.
  • Performing other tasks resulting from the regulation on OHS service.
  • Conducting general OHS training.
  • Supervising the OHS management system in the plant in accordance with ISO 45001.
  • Monitoring the validity of employee medical examinations and timely issuing referrals for examinations.
  • Purchasing and supervising the process of managing work clothing, footwear, and personal protective equipment.
  • Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and implementing legal changes.
  • Preparing required environmental reports.
  • Calculating fees for economic use of the environment.
  • Supervising waste management.
  • Advising on environmental protection.
  • Cooperating with authorized laboratories for testing and measuring workplace environmental factors.
  • Cooperating with authorized laboratories for testing and measuring the natural environment in terms of environmental monitoring.
  • Initiating actions promoting environmental protection.
  • Higher education, preferred in OHS or environmental protection or postgraduate studies in occupational health and safety.
  • Current periodic training for OHS service employees.
  • Experience in preparing environmental reports and calculating fees for economic use of the environment.
  • Communicative English language skills.
  • Practical knowledge of ISO14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Methodological approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to perform cause-and-effect analysis.
  • Decision-making skills.
