Rain, a rapidly growing earned wage access fintech, is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer. This role involves providing top-tier IT support to a global user base, managing office IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth daily operations across hardware, software, network, and collaboration tools. The ideal candidate will possess strong IT support skills, networking knowledge, and experience with IT asset management in a dynamic startup environment, with an interest in AI technologies.

Must Have:
  • Design and manage office IT infrastructure, including LAN/Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and firewalls
  • Lead office network and AV projects, ensuring high availability and security
  • Manage and enhance Workspace ONE UEM deployments for device lifecycle and compliance
  • Drive IT automation initiatives using scripting or low-code/no-code platforms
  • Provide IT support for global teams across various regions
  • Administer Google Workspace, including user provisioning, security, and troubleshooting
  • Oversee IT asset lifecycle management: procurement, deployment, tracking, and decommissioning
  • Support collaboration tools like Slack, Jira, Zoom, Confluence, and Google Meet
  • Standardize and document IT processes, knowledge bases, and support procedures
  • Lead IT onboarding and offboarding operations
  • Contribute to IT compliance efforts (SOC2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS)
  • Possess 7+ years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role
  • Experience supporting Mac, Linux, and Windows platforms
  • Expertise in designing and managing small-to-medium office network infrastructure
  • Proven success in IT automation or process improvements
  • Hands-on experience with IT asset management tools
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace administration
  • Solid experience with Workspace ONE UEM or other MDM solutions
  • Strong documentation, project management, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and support users remotely
  • Familiarity with SOC2, PCI, ISO 27001 compliance frameworks
  • Excellent communication and customer-focused mindset

We’re seeking an experienced Senior IT Support Engineer to join our growing team in a dynamic startup environment. The ideal candidate will bring outstanding IT support skills, solid networking knowledge, and hands-on experience managing office IT infrastructure and assets. You’ll be responsible for providing top-tier support to our global user base and ensuring smooth daily operations across hardware, software, network, and collaboration tools. If you have a proactive attitude, strong technical skills, and an interest in AI technologies, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage office IT infrastructure, including LAN/Wi-Fi networks, switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Lead office network and AV projects, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
  • Manage and enhance Workspace ONE UEM deployments for device lifecycle and compliance.
  • Drive IT automation initiatives using scripting tools or low-code/no-code platforms to streamline workflows.
  • Act as a customer experience champion, ensuring responsive, high-quality support.
  • Provide IT support for global teams across the US, India, LATAM, and Europe.
  • Administer Google Workspace, including user provisioning, security, integrations, and troubleshooting.
  • Oversee IT asset lifecycle management: procurement, deployment, tracking, and decommissioning.
  • Support collaboration tools like Slack, Jira Service Management, Zoom, Confluence, and Google Meet, among others.
  • Standardize and document IT processes, knowledge bases, and support procedures.
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding operations, coordinating with Compliance, People and Security.
  • Contribute to IT compliance efforts (SOC2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS).

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of IT Experience, ideally with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Experience supporting Mac, Linux, and Windows platforms.
  • Expert in designing and managing small-to-medium office network infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated success in driving IT automation or process improvements with measurable outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with IT asset management tools and processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace administration and automation.
  • Solid experience with Workspace ONE UEM or other MDM solutions.
  • Strong documentation, project management, and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Prior experience in a startup, fast-paced, or agile environment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and support users remotely.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC2, PCI, ISO 27001.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:
