Job Description

Rain is seeking a high-energy sales professional with experience in Enterprise Sales to sell cost-saving or business performance solutions. The role involves developing and supporting Rain’s sales pipeline, qualifying leads, and growing prospects. You will maintain market and competitor knowledge, collaborate with sales development representatives, and build relationships with clients up to the C-level to present product information and support the ordering process. The position requires showcasing and promoting Rain’s financial technology solutions and partnerships with industry leaders. This role is critical for fueling the company's hypergrowth.

Job Details

Rain is the fastest-growing earned wage access (EWA) fintech in the U.S., serving 2.5 million employees and backed by top investors like QED and Prosus. We’ve raised nearly $400M in funding—including the largest Series A in fintech history—and just closed our Series B to fuel our next stage of hypergrowth.

Rain is looking for an experienced, high-energy sales professional who understands Enterprise Sales and how to sell executives cost-savings or business performance solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support Rain’s sales pipeline to support ambitious growth plans for financial technology solutions for employees.Create and grow prospects via lead qualification.
  •  Maintain broad market and competitor knowledge to ensure credibility with prospects. Engage sales development representative team to drive progress in their pipelines.
  • Build relationships with customers and account teams up to the C - Level to present product information, solution propositions, account review and support for the ordering process.
  •  Actively showcase and promote Rain’s commitment to financial technology solutions and close partnerships with industry leaders, including SHRM, APA and others.

 

The Ideal Candidate will have:

- 3+ years of experience with technology or solution sales, (experience selling Human Capital Management solutions highly valued but not necessary)

- Exceptional strategic planning and business development skills; must own and contribute at every stage of the sales lifecycle.

- A Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

- Ability to promote complex technology solutions and project manage them.

- A high level of demonstrated customer interface along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience within Earned Wage Access, HR tech, or fintech is highly preferred.

- Strong sales, presentation, negotiation and organizational skills.

Compensation:

$160,000 - $180,000

Note this is a range and we take in a variety of factors when determining total compensation for the position.
