Seeking an experienced Product Engagement specialist to join the Analytics Client Engagement team in London. This role involves driving the narrative strategy for LSEG’s financial analytics products, crafting and scaling compelling narratives and digital experiences. The Senior Manager will lead narrative research and development across the Analytics product portfolio, ensuring unified, user-first messaging that resonates with client needs and meets regulatory standards. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional partners to translate complex technology into engaging customer value.

As part of our high-performing client insight and engagement team, you will take a lead role to craft and scale brilliant narratives and digital experiences across the Analytics product portfolio for our growing client base and digital experiences. ## ROLE SUMMARY: We're looking for a strategic storyteller to lead narrative research and development across our Analytics product and proposition portfolio, someone who knows how to bring clarity to complexity and compose product messaging that not only informs but inspires. In this role, you'll shape and drive a unified approach that cuts across product silos and regional teams, ensuring every word resonates with user needs, reflects their sentiment, and meets regulatory standards. You’ll work together with cross-functional partners, Product, Proposition, Compliance, Legal, Engineering, Marketing, GTM and Sales to craft compelling, user-first narratives that fuel engagement and build trust. Ability to define and drive process governance. * Delivery focus: Attention to detail with the ability to prioritise effectively, handle multiple projects under tight timescales, identify/flag/resolve issues early on, and ensure successful delivery to business outcomes. * Domain knowledge: We’re looking for a seasoned product design leader with 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years managing teams. You have a strong track record of turning complex financial information into clear, accessible, and engaging product narratives. Experience working in financial services and with regulated, data-rich products is crucial. You bring a user-first approach, with knowledge of product design. Familiarity with agile delivery is a plus.
