We’re seeking a (Senior) Marketing Manager to design and execute campaigns that grow our mobile, PC, and console games across MENA. The role is about turning local insights into impactful marketing — reaching new audiences, engaging Gen Z & Alpha, and driving measurable user and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate blends creativity with data: able to craft narratives, pick the right channels, and optimize campaigns. They must understand local behaviors, content trends, and community patterns, and translate these into actionable strategies.
Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Execution – Design and implement tailored strategies for multiple genres (BR, RPG, Casual, etc.), defining positioning and narratives rooted in MENA insights, delivering integrated go-to-market plans across owned/earned/paid channels, and aligning local initiatives with global goals.
2. Media & Audience Growth – Drive audience expansion by activating TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch and local platforms, managing paid media, influencers, and communities for maximum ROI, exploring new Gen Z/Alpha formats, benchmarking against leading campaigns, and optimizing CPC, CPI, CPV.
3. Local Insights & Consumer Behavior – Leverage deep MENA cultural and gaming insights to localize by country (Saudi, Egypt, Iraq, UAE, etc.), track entertainment trends, monitor sentiment, refine messaging, and broaden reach beyond core gamers.
4. Data-Driven Optimization – Track KPIs for acquisition, engagement, and retention, use analytics tools (Tableau, Excel) for real-time optimization, and convert learnings into scalable frameworks across titles and regions.
5. Project & Stakeholder Management – Lead cross-functional campaigns with local teams, HQ, and vendors, managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables, while ensuring clear communication to leadership and upholding principles of gamer-first focus, creative + data balance, agility, and full ownership.
1. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA preferred.
2. 7+ years of experience in marketing within gaming, entertainment, or consumer technology.
3. Deep expertise in media planning, analytics, and digital channel management across MENA markets.
4. Demonstrated success in driving audience growth, engagement, and ROI.
5. Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel).
6. Exceptional storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
7. Strong organizational capabilities with proven cross-functional collaboration.
8. Fluency in English and Arabic required; Mandarin Chinese a strong plus.
