1. Assist the module owner in marketing and promotion of PUBG MOBILE (gameplay and commercialization), formulate marketing strategies, plan key promotion campaigns based on game version content and nodes, and implement them;
2. Be able to effectively analyze current version content, combine popular trends and market environment to extract user communication points, integrate multiple marketing methods, and output marketing plans;
3. Based on the promotion plan, collaborate with operations, esports, UA, and various regional teams to integrate in-game and overseas multi-regional resources, achieve final promotion implementation, and continuously explore new marketing capabilities;
4. Combine marketing promotion, product conversion, and user research data to review promotion effects and optimize subsequent promotion work.
1. 2 years or more experience in marketing/promotion planning, with experience in marketing promotion such as scheme planning, implementation, and effect evaluation, understanding the basic logic and acceptance methods of marketing tools such as creative design, influencer marketing, player activities, public relations communication, media placement, and offline activities;
2. Strong business growth orientation, good data and user research awareness, able to link various communication effects with product data growth, focusing on marketing to improve product data performance;
3. Understand the content and viral logic of major overseas social media platforms, sensitive to overseas popular trends and memes, able to transform hot content into creativity, and eager to explore new things;
4. Love games, be a gamer, able to deconstruct product fun points from a player's perspective, deep experience in BR/FPS or other game categories preferred;
5. Strong learning and execution ability, able to handle cross-cultural communication with an open and inclusive mindset, strong teamwork awareness, strong pressure resistance;
6. Fluent in English, can be used as working language.
