What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who will play a key role in driving product-led growth, crafting seamless onboarding experiences and optimizing user flows to create meaningful interactions. This is not just about driving conversion and revenue; it’s about understanding user engagement, retention, and emotional drive.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will become an an integral part of our dynamic Platform and Growth team. In this team we look after all our Welltech customer-facing products, as well as our internal tools, such as Wellfunnel. Wellfunnel is our onboarding engine—a tool for building customer journeys that empowers product teams to self-serve and optimize flows based on user segmentation and go-to-market priorities. It plays a key role in our experimentation strategy, enabling us to automate processes, improve efficiency, and run targeted tests to enhance content and product experiences.

This person will report to the Product Design Manager within the Platform and Growth team and collaborate with the wider Growth and Monetisation team, which comprises Product, Design, Research, Analytics, and Engineering.

In this role, the main goal is to foster a product-led growth mindset within the team and broader organisation. Leading by example by demonstrating the why, how, and what of growth design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire the largest % of users to experience value as early and often in their WellTech experience
• Challenge existing design patterns and advocate for cutting-edge UI improvements.
• Work iteratively through design experiments that push WellFunnel towards a desired vision to which you will be a key actor in setting
• Understand the needs of multiple constituents across 5 core products to deliver a best in class funnel experience that can be used for each of our products
• Balance innovation with feasibility - assessing the technical and cost implications of design decisions.
• Work in the open and educate the organisation on the value of growth design
• Nurture relationships with key Growth managers, Product managers, and Product designers from multiple teams.
• Work with the product designers in the platform team to scale impactful experiments into the broader design system.

Required skills:

• Deep level of understanding of Figma (components, autolayouts, variables) and Design Systems.
• Ability to apply behavioural and growth design theories, concepts, principles, and methodologies
• Ability to gather and make sense of existing research and assumptions to design experiments
• Experience in user research methods (usability testing)
• Knowledge of user research tools (Maze, UserTesting, SurveyMonkey, etc.)
• Knowledge of experiment tooling (Optimizely, Launchdarkly, and Google Analytics)
• Commercial awareness - understanding how design impacts business metrics.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems as part of a team
• Clear, friendly, and transparent communication

Nice to have

• Experience in interface animation and content design
