Our team operates at the intersection of high-performance computing, ML systems, and cloud infrastructure — optimizing inference pipelines to support next-generation multimodal AI agents. We're looking for a deeply technical Senior Product Manager to collaborate with engineering and drive the evolution and scale of Sully’s AI agent marketplace.

About the Project

Our client is a prominent outpatient behavioral health organization delivering psychiatry, counseling, and interventional services like TMS both in‑clinic and via telehealth. They operate multiple locations offering medication management for all ages, evidence‑based therapy modalities, and same‑day appointment options.

Patients use a secure web portal to access health records, message providers, request medication refills, and schedule appointments.New patients can request visits online and receive follow‑up within one business day. The staff dashboard must enable clinicians to review patient charts, manage AI‑generated notes, and oversee treatment workflows in a HIPAA‑compliant environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Define & Drive Technical Roadmap:
Establish and maintain a detailed product roadmap that maps strategic AI “medical employee” features to technical milestones, balancing innovation with regulatory compliance.

  • Engineering & ML Collaboration:
Partner with Node.js/TypeScript backend and Python ML teams to translate product requirements into robust microservices, secure data flows, and modular agentic architectures tailored for healthcare workflows.

  • Domain‑Specific Feedback Loops:
Design and oversee feedback mechanisms—capturing pilot clinic inputs, monitoring hallucination rates, and tracking performance KPIs—to continuously refine prompts and model fine‑tuning strategies.

  • Technical Specification & API Ownership:
Author and maintain comprehensive technical specifications, including REST/GraphQL API designs, SDK interfaces, data schemas, and versioning policies, to ensure seamless integration with EHRs and telehealth platforms.

  • Stakeholder Communication & Metrics:
Document technical decisions, write detailed user stories and release notes, and build dashboards surfaced via Looker or Mode to report on SLAs, adoption rates, latency, and uptime—enabling data‑driven prioritization and cross‑functional alignment

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a closely related technical field.

  • Proven TPM Experience: At least 5 years of hands‑on experience as a Technical Product Manager or equivalent role, ideally working on software or AI/ML products, with demonstrated ownership of end‑to‑end product lifecycles.

  • System & API Mastery: Deep expertise in designing and owning RESTful/GraphQL

APIs, microservice architectures, and relational/NoSQL data models, along with practical system‑design skills.

  • Healthcare Domain & Compliance: Direct experience in SaaS, AI, healthtech or clinical software, including EHR integrations (FHIR/HL7) and implementing HIPAA‑aligned data governance for PHI protection.

  • Cross‑Functional Leadership: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of partnering effectively with engineering, ML/NLP, data, UX/design, and customer‑facing teams to drive technically complex features to production

This is for someone who:

  • Loves building from 0 to 1 (and then to 100).

  • Can think in systems and move fast in chaos.

  • Gets excited about real AI impact saving lives.

  • Wants real ownership, is self driven and self-managed.
