About the Role We are looking for a Senior React Expert with extensive experience in building large-scale, high-performance React applications. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader who can architect and develop scalable web applications while driving product innovation and mentoring the development team. This role requires a strong background in modern front-end technologies, including React, and the ability to work seamlessly in cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end architecture and design of scalable, high-performance React.js applications.
Drive the adoption of new technologies and frameworks to innovate and enhance product offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, UI/UX, back-end) to deliver seamless, user-centric solutions.
Ensure high code quality through best practices, code reviews, and mentorship.
Architect and implement reusable components, libraries, and frameworks.
Optimize front-end applications for performance and scalability.
Define and manage the technical roadmap, aligning with business goals.
Establish and enforce coding standards, testing practices, and development workflows.
Continuously monitor and improve the development process to maintain high-quality output.
Provide strategic input in product roadmap discussions, influencing technical direction.

Requirements

8+ years of front-end development experience, with 5+ years focused on React.js and modern JavaScript technologies.
Proven experience designing and building scalable, maintainable web applications.
Strong knowledge of TypeScript, React, Redux, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Extensive experience in API integration (REST, GraphQL) and state management.
Expertise in front-end performance optimization techniques.
Proficiency in Git and version control practices.
Familiarity with cloud-based deployments (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and quality assurance frameworks.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with an ability to think strategically.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with server-side rendering (Next.js or similar).
Knowledge of microservices architecture and micro-frontends.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and leadership roles.
Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
