This role involves building mission-critical release pipelines for regulated industries, focusing on TDD/BDD culture, code-first pipelines, mentorship-driven growth, end-to-end ownership, audit-readiness, and cross-platform deployment.
Good To Have:
- Octopus Deploy or similar CD tools
- Experience with containerized multi-stage pipelines
- Familiarity with feature flagging, canary releases, rollback tactics
Must Have:
- Design and maintain CI pipelines using GitHub Actions (or Jenkins/Bamboo)
- Own build and release automation across dev, staging, and prod
- Integrate with Octopus Deploy (or equivalent) for continuous delivery
- Configure pipelines for multi-platform environments
- Build compliance-resilient workflows (SOC2, HIPAA, FDA)
- Manage source control (Git), Jira, Confluence, and build APIs
- Implement advanced deployment strategies: canary, blue-green, rollback
- CI expertise: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Bamboo
- Deep understanding of build/release pipelines
- Cross-platform deployment: Linux, MacOS, Windows
- Experience with compliance-first CI/CD practices
- Proficiency with Git, Jira, Confluence, API integrations
