The analyst will support the Philips sales team for the Enterprise Informatics line, focusing on the Tasy hospital management system. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, contracts, and addendums for EI product sales, ensuring accurate system registration of approved values, and maintaining contracts. The role involves adjusting documents, responding to client queries, and interacting with sales teams, clients, and other company departments, including those in Latin American countries.
Must have:
  • Support the sales team in building proposals, contracts, and addendums for EI product sales
  • Ensure registration of approved values in the system and contract maintenance
  • Adjust proposals, contracts, and addendums according to needs
  • Respond to client questions regarding document adjustments
  • Interact with sales teams, final clients, and other company areas
  • Experience in administrative, sales, financial, or legal routines
  • Experience in contract negotiation (writing, adjustments, main rules)
  • Knowledge of civil law
  • Proven knowledge of Office package
  • Administrative support (documentation, reports, record maintenance, KPI monitoring)
  • Organization and routine management
  • Administering and registering data in CRM and ERP systems
  • Commercial communication
  • Commercial negotiation
  • Commitment to deadlines and goals

Senior Sales Analyst

Job Description

The Analyst will work with activities related to supporting the Philips sales team for the Enterprise Informatics line. They will focus more on the Tasy system, which is a hospital management system.

Your Role

Serve the demands of the sales team, supporting with the construction of proposals, contracts, and addendums for the sale of EI products. Ensure the registration of approved values in proposals, contracts, and addendums in the system, as well as ensuring the maintenance of contracts.

The analyst will be responsible for adjusting proposals, contracts, and addendums according to need, responding to questions from clients regarding the possibility of adjustments to documents and, whenever possible, altering said wording.

The analyst will be involved in software commercialization routines, interacting with the sales team, with the end client, as well as with other areas of the company. They will also interact with Latin American countries, as Philips solutions are commercialized in several countries. The work allows for a hybrid regime, with 3 days in person and 2 days working from home.

You are the right person if:

  • Preferably a degree in Law, but also Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Experience in administrative and/or sales and/or financial and/or legal routines. Experience in contract negotiation (writing, adjustments, main rules, etc.). Knowledge of civil law.
  • Proven knowledge of the Office package.
  • Administrative support (Documentation, reports, record maintenance, KPI monitoring, etc.);
  • Organization and routine management; Administering and registering data in CRM and ERPs;
  • Commercial communication; Commercial negotiation; Commitment to deadlines and goals;
  • English and Spanish languages desirable.

On-site positions require the employee's daily presence at the company's facilities.

For employees who hold a field position, their functions are performed more effectively outside the company's facilities, usually at client or supplier facilities.

This is a hybrid position.
