This position will drive and work closely with other software application engineers, architects, technology leads and directly engage with internal and external software development teams to develop reliable, cost-effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Owns individual contributions to software applications development projects; meets project deliverables by collaborating with engineering, sales, and customer services departments

  • Allocates resources to complete programming projects, and designing detailed plans to ensure applications are functioning properly

  • Designs enhancements, updates, and programming changes for portions and subsystems of end-user applications software running on local, networked, and Internet- based platforms

  • Collaborates and communicates with management, internal, and outsourced development partners regarding software applications design status, project progress, and issue resolution

  • Providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises expertise and judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Ability to develop and shares best practices that emphasize accessibility, performance, and reusability while creating reusable UI controls and layouts.

  • Designing software applications running on multiple platform types which includes Figma Ui components

  • Software applications testing methodology, including writing and execution of test plans, debugging, and testing scripts and tools

  • Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at management levels

  • Programming knowledge of Javascript and typescript as well as C#

  • Experience building web UI components using React.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant area or demonstrated competence. 

  • Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in software designing & development, software architecture, programming languages, or a related field.

The base pay range for this role is $146,650 to $212650 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
