Senior Technical Project Manager

As a Senior Technical Project Manager at Rhino Entertainment, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex iGaming initiatives. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will play a key role in fostering cross-functional collaboration, integrating third-party solutions, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. This role requires a blend of strategic insight and technical expertise within the iGaming sector, along with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What your role will look like:

• Lead the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with business objectives
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, outlining timelines, deliverables, resource allocation, and dependencies
• Apply industry best practices to oversee the development of gaming products, platform integrations, and technology deployments

• Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders, including game providers, platform providers, and payment solution partners
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with third-party vendors and partners
• Plan and coordinate third-party requests, ensuring alignment with internal objectives and project timelines
• Facilitate onboarding and integration of new external solutions that expand or enhance the gaming offering

• Allocate resources effectively across technical and product teams, ensuring project efficiency and quality
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks related to gaming compliance, partner dependencies, and evolving market trends

• Manage scope, timeline and budget changes through structured change control processes
• Ensure all project initiatives adhere to local and international iGaming compliance standards

• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring stakeholders are informed of project progress, blockers, and outcomes
• Provide clear, data-driven updates to senior leadership to support informed decision-making

• Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration to align on project goals and updates
• Ensure project objectives are aligned with the company’s strategic goals and market positioning

• Drive process improvement initiatives based on retrospectives, stakeholder feedback, and industry benchmarks
• Stay up-to-date with current iGaming trends, tools, and regulatory developments
• Represent Rhino Entertainment at relevant conferences, expos, and industry forums to expand knowledge and build partnerships
