It is these qualities that are vital to our continued success. As an employee, you will be working on products and platforms for some of the most innovative software companies in the world.

Requirements and responsibilities
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with 10+ years of experience in designing intuitive, scalable, and visually cohesive platform applications. You’ll partner closely with frontend engineers working with ReactJS, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript, and you’ll play a critical role in shaping the overall user experience, component systems, and interface patterns that power complex, enterprise-scale web platforms.
What you’ll do
- Lead the end-to-end design lifecycle — from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and design QA.
- Design scalable UI systems and reusable components aligned with frontend stacks like Tailwind CSS and ReactJS.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure design intent translates effectively into code (understanding of NPM, Redux, Babel is a plus).
- Build and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency across the platform.
- Use tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to create interactive prototypes and design flows.
- Drive user research efforts — interviews, usability testing, persona building, and journey mapping.
- Apply UX best practices to simplify complex workflows and data-heavy screens.
- Incorporate accessibility (WCAG), responsiveness, and performance thinking into every design.
- Coordinate with QA and dev teams during UAT and post-deployment phases to ensure visual and functional polish.
- 10+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably for B2B or enterprise-grade platforms.
- Strong understanding of design-to-dev workflows in a React + Tailwind CSS environment.
- Experience working closely with engineers using modern frontend stacks (React, TypeScript, Redux, Babel, Jest).
- Demonstrated ability to design component-based UIs and contribute to design systems.
- Strong grasp of layout, typography, grid systems, iconography, color theory, and interaction design.
- Proficiency in industry tools: Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, or Adobe CC Suite.
- Awareness of platform constraints and performance-impacting design choices.
What you’ll bring
- Hands-on familiarity with Git, Storybook, or reviewing implementation in local Docker builds.
- Experience working on developer platforms, admin portals, dashboards, or internal tools.
- Motion design skills (e.g., for microinteractions or loading states).
- Experience designing for testability or working alongside TDD-driven teams.
