We need someone who can master the essential tasks of a Medical VA while also using their strong digital marketing skills to help our clients grow their online presence.

What You'll Do

You'll be a key player in supporting our clients' success by managing a mix of administrative and digital marketing tasks, including:

• Conducting keyword research and optimizing content for search engines.
• Updating page titles and descriptions on WordPress websites.
• Analyzing and translating data from Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other marketing tools.
• Managing and scheduling social media posts.
• Building and tracking performance dashboards for SEO, social media, and conversions.
• Managing all inbound leads efficiently.

• Proven experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• A strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles.
• Experience with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics and WordPress.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
