Job Description
This position is for a Web Designer specializing in WordPress and Elementor, with a strong SEO background. Key responsibilities include designing and customizing websites, integrating various plugins and payment solutions, optimizing site speed, and managing SEO using tools like Rankmath or Yoast. The role requires technical skills in WordPress CMS, basic knowledge of Javascript/PHP/CSS, and experience with analytics tools. Soft skills such as creativity, organization, attention to detail, and independent content writing are also essential.
Must have:
- Design websites using Wordpress, Elementor and associated plugins.
- Solid knowledge of Wordpress CMS, Elementor page builder.
- Customize themes and add custom codes using child themes.
- Basic knowledge of Javascript, PHP, CSS.
- Customize payment solutions like Amazon Pay, Stripe, Plaid, Authorize.net.
- Implement Chatbots and Messenger using FB SDK.
- Use Gravity Forms and customization options.
- Integrate WordPress with HubSpot.
- Optimize site speed benchmarks on Google PS insights and GTMetrix.
- Integrate email list solutions using API codes.
- Add different page schemas to pages.
- Optimize SEO score using plugins like Rankmath or Yoast.
- Manipulate images and videos for website use.
- Familiar with tools like SEMRush, AHRefs.
- Understand Google Analytics, GTM and other tracking codes.
- Build aesthetically pleasing designs with great user experience.
- Experiment and push limits of website design.
- Organize, prioritize, and deliver multiple tasks.
- Plan, gather requirements, and execute creative design process.
- Pay great attention to detail and double check work quality.
- Deliver grammar, language, and formatting error-free websites.
- Title and write small format content independently.
Good to have:
- Advanced knowledge of Javascript/PHP/CSS is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of GTM is a plus.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Position is for a Web Designer conversant in designing websites using Wordpress, Elementor and associated plugins.
Technical Skillset
- Solid knowledge of the workings of Wordpress CMS - Pages, Blogs, popups, menu's, templates customizations and Interaction with Elementor page builder
- Should be able to customize themes, add custom codes using child themes
- Basic knowledge of Javascript/PHP/CSS is required. Advanced knowledge is a plus.
- Experience customizing payment solutions like Amazon Pay, Stripe, Plaid, Authorize.net
- Experience implementing Chatbots and Messenger using FB SDK
- Advanced user of Gravity Forms and customization options
- Experience integrating WordPress with HubSpot
- Experienced in optimizing site speed benchmarks on Google PS insights and GTMetrix
- Should know how to integrate email list solutions (Mailchimp, Active Campaign etc) using API codes
- Add different page schema's to pages
- Optimize SEO score using plugins like Rankmath or Yoast
- Graphics Design - Should be able to manipulate images and videos to use on the website by editing, sampling, resizing etc.
- Familiar with tools like SEMRush, AHRefs
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of Google Analytics, GTM and other tracking codes
- Advanced knowledge of GTM is a plus
Soft Skills
- Creative designer who can build aesthetically pleasing designs which provide a great user experience
- Has some experience in experimenting and pushing the limits of website design
- Is organized and can prioritize and deliver on multiple tasks
- Has background in planning, requirements gathering and creative design process
- Has great attention to detail and double checks the quality of work
- Delivers a grammar, language and formatting error free website
- Can title and write small format content independently
