Job Description

This role involves answering moderately complex questions, providing support for hardware, software, client and COTS applications, and network/user administration. The analyst will escalate complex issues, utilize problem-solving skills to resolve incidents, and support daily client queries. Candidates need a High School Diploma or GED, potentially a technical certification, and at least 2 years of relevant experience, along with good communication and technical skills.

  • Support ongoing day-to-day questions related to client incidents, requests and queries.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relative experience.
  • Good communication and technical skills.
