As an IT Service Manager, you will be the linchpin in satisfying the internal organization of one of our government clients regarding the services of one or more ICT services from external parties. You oversee the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of services to ensure they meet customer and user needs. You align IT and ICT services with the needs, challenges, and objectives of the relevant government organization. In addition to managing the services, you monitor performance, quality, and budget. You act as the point of contact for escalations and provide communication to stakeholders. You are also involved in consultations with suppliers and stakeholders at the operational and tactical level. This includes planning, coordinating service delivery, managing communication with customers and users, monitoring and reporting on operational processes, ensuring quality and continuity of ICT services, ensuring continuous improvement of the services, and managing teams involved in service delivery and support. You will create service descriptions, SLAs, OLAs, and reports and manage them.
Must Have:- 5+ years experience as Service Manager in government.
- Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, SAFE, DevOps, SIAM and BIO.
- Experience with service management tools like ServiceNow.
- Experience in large, complex government organizations.
- Completed HBO or WO education.
- Excellent knowledge of the Dutch language.
