Job Description

The Clinical Informatics business is looking for a skilled Service Readiness Lead to play an important role in the Advanced Visualization and AI service development journey.
You will be responsible for ensuring the readiness of service capabilities from product design to end-of-life, for one or more product lines.
Your role involves coordinating global service activities, influencing product design for serviceability, and supporting successful product introductions.
This is a high-impact role that requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills in a fast-paced healthcare technology environment.

Your role:

  • Represent service needs in Program Teams.

  • Define and manage “Design for Service” requirements for new product lines.

  • Coordinate worldwide service plans and stakeholder communication.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure serviceability and readiness.

  • Lead the creation, validation, and distribution of service documentation and tooling.

  • Collect, prioritize, and communicate feedback from early deployments.

  • Share responsibility for process improvement and project planning.

  • Act as a subject matter expert and provide expert-level support when required.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have 5+ years of experience as a Service Innovation Engineer, with a track record in new product introductions for software informatics, preferably in healthcare and cloud environments.

  • You bring strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills in English.

  • You hold an Bsc or MSc in Computer Science, Bio-Informatics, or a related engineering discipline.

  • You’re familiar with Healthcare IT, including HL7 and radiology workflows.

  • You have hands-on experience with Cloud SaaS platforms and IT integration in healthcare environments.

  • You’re a self-starter with integrity, capable of managing multiple NPI projects concurrently.

  • You can simplify complex concepts and drive high-quality service experiences throughout the customer journey.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office-based role.
