Job Description

As Services’ Sales Manager at Philips, you will lead the transformation of our service sales organization. Your mission will be to strengthen operational discipline, optimize funnel execution, and expand sales into higher-value opportunities such as transducers, software, and new functionalities for our installed base. You will manage a team of sales professionals, driving both operational excellence and innovation in commercial execution, ensuring Philips delivers greater value to healthcare providers and patients across Brazil. This role is critical to transforming the service sales organization into a growth engine, strengthening long-term partnerships and driving company growth.

  • Experience in healthcare, medtech, or services is highly preferred.
  • Master’s degree is a plus.

Must Have:
  • Lead and develop a sales team dedicated to services, ensuring strong funnel execution and operational discipline.
  • Drive the transformation of the service sales business from maintenance-only to a growth engine for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Build and execute strategies to maximize revenue from value-added solutions like transducers, software, and new functionalities.
  • Establish and monitor financial targets (order intake, sales, margin) with efficient resource use and adherence to sales processes.
  • Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to expand Philips’ market footprint.
  • Significant experience in sales leadership with a proven track record in managing teams and delivering results in complex B2B environments.
  • Strong people leadership, funnel management, operational discipline, and ability to drive transformation from transactional to value-added sales.
  • Essential commercial acumen, negotiation, and customer relationship building skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix organization, influencing across functions and geographies.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.

You will manage a team of sales professionals, driving both operational excellence and innovation in commercial execution, ensuring Philips delivers greater value to healthcare providers and patients across Brazil. This role is critical to transforming the service sales organization into a growth engine, ensuring customers benefit from a broader range of Philips’ innovations while strengthening long-term partnerships and driving company growth.

Your role:

  • Lead and develop a sales team dedicated to services, ensuring strong funnel execution, operational discipline, and sales performance delivery.
  • Drive the transformation of the service sales business from a maintenance-only focus into a growth engine for upselling and cross-selling products and solutions to our installed base.
  • Build and execute strategies to maximize revenue from value-added solutions such as transducers, software, and new functionalities for existing Philips equipment.
  • Establish and monitor financial targets (order intake, sales, margin) while ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to sales tools and processes.
  • Collaborate closely with business units and stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution and expand Philips’ footprint in the market.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired significant experience in experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record in managing teams and delivering results in complex B2B environments. Experience in healthcare, medtech, or services is highly preferred.
  • Your skills include strong people leadership, funnel management leadership, operational discipline, and ability to drive transformation from transactional to value-added sales. Commercial acumen, negotiation, and customer relationship building are essential.
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • You Demonstrate ability to work in a matrix organization, influencing across functions and geographies.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English are required; Spanish is a plus.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
