Full Contract Management Analyst with English and Spanish - Exclusive Vacancy for People with Disabilities

Working with Sales, Planning and Logistics Teams, Clients in Latin America.

Your Role

• Manage the complete order processing cycle, from entry to delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders in Latin America to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Improve operational efficiency and reduce errors in order processing.
• Increase customer satisfaction through accurate and timely deliveries.

You are the right person if:

• You have a complete Higher Education
• Proven experience in order management or related areas.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and document analysis skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of SAP tools and order management systems.
• Intermediate Spanish and English.

We believe that we generate a greater impact when we are together than apart. For our office team members (hybrid), this means working in person at least three days a week, to collaborate and establish connections with our team and peer areas.

On-site positions require the employee to be present daily at the company's facilities. For employees who hold a field position, their functions are performed more effectively outside the company's facilities, usually at client or supplier facilities.

This is a hybrid position in our Varginha, MG office or remote.
