Core missions in the HRBP perimeter :
Gives support & coaches managers on HR related topics
- Works closely on a day-to-day basis with managers
- Advises, coaches and orientates managers on HR aspects of their role
Contributes to the operational results of the Site
- Is the HR representative for all internal stakeholders
- Contributes to the respect of the rules by the employees, particularly in terms of safety; participates & contributes to the Health/Safety/Environment actions according to the Site Policy
- Manages the quantity and quality of permanent and temporary staff; takes charge of production: participates in MTP meetings, recognizes temporary needs when needed and follows up with the MOD recruitment manager on the situation, defining actions when targets are not met
- Contributes to the deployment of the Strategy for the Entity
People & organization development
- Coordinates, deploys and coaches managers on Talent development tools, processes & policy
- Participates & contributes to the reflection and projects related to the organization evolutions; proposes organizational changes
- Guarantees the relevant/proper Job grading methodology / use according to the Group referential and all related C&B applications
- Participates in the recruitment & onboarding process according to the standard
- Connecting with the market and sharing information related to benefits in the competitive area with our field of activity
- Identifies Learning & all actions to develop competences according to the Site's (collective) and employees' (individual) needs, the Technological needs (TDP), and the company's requirements (mandatory trainings...)
- Participates in defining the Training actions, according to the budget
- Participates in identifying new internal Trainers, according to the Training needs & potential Trainers' abilities & development path
Health, Safety & Working conditions
- Apply and make it applied all Health / Security / Environment rules
- Participation in QRQC meetings and all identified risk alerting
- Follows up unfitness situations, and participates to the adaptation of work conditions to individual unfitness
- Deploys Quality of Life at Work policy and improvement plan
- Provides support to managers to guide them in Health, Safety & Working conditions topics related to HR responsibilities
Employee Engagement
- Support 5 Axes deployment plan, identifies & deploys action plan for points definde as pilot/champion
- Contributes to the V5000 self assessment, and notation improvement
- Applies and Advise on 5 Axes Methodology. Reinforces the importancy of EE and its role on the Engagement of all employees.
- Participates on Site 5 Axes Committee in order to propose improvements and suggestion to enhance EE activities at Site level
Employee relations
- Maintains or improves social climate, relations to Unions representative
- Deploys actions & communication related to Employee relations according to the HR strategy
- Gives supports to Site HR Manager/Director according to the needs
Communication
- Is the site communication point of contact, interfacing with the BG and the Country/Region main point of contact, and provides communication expertise to the site HR team
- Ensures compliance with Group communication guidelines and provides new ideas / recommendations
- Coordinates the implementation of the site communication plan and contributes to the definition of the site communication strategy
- Implements internal communication actions as part of the annual communication plan and updates tools (events, article releases, Life@, monthly meetings, etc.)
- Contributes to supporting all the departments and HRBPs in their internal communication needs
- Provides KPIs evaluating the relevance of implemented actions as part of continuous improvement (pulse survey, click tracking, etc.)
HR Processes and tools
- Follows up headcount, absenteism and turnover - according to network distribution, defines & deploys improvement plan
- Ensures the respect of HR administrative procedures in the HR systems
- Checks & ensures data quality in the different HR systems (Workday)
- Manages internal mobility for assigned networks
- Participates in employees related campaigns (within Workday platform or offline)
- Organize disciplinary actions for assigned networks
- Involvement in employee related topics (e.g. travel advances, badges etc.)
