Apple's Site Services Supervisors must have good communication and collaboration skills, and be dedicated to working with other leaders in building strong teams and collaborating with other leaders across the organization. This role has critical responsibilities leading technicians in support of Apple's IT infrastructure operations. Our supervisors provide focused, in-depth functional and hands-on support of day-to-day Hardware Support and IT infrastructure deployment activities, and ensure projects and tasks are completed to according to plan, priority, and meet quality standards. Responsibilities include overseeing technician and team performance, working with the management team to ensure proper staffing levels, tools, and materials are available for the team. Additional responsibilities include coordinating the development, implementation, and compliance of all established policies and procedures. Site Services Supervisors set the example for and help to guide the development of the Site Services technical team's core competencies and support capabilities. Our Supervisors are competent working with and supporting cross-functional team coordination to ensure proper alignment and support of tasks. The key to the success of Supervisors is the willingness to adapt to dynamically changing delivery and work schedules, priorities, and use of new technologies.
