Join the Enterprise Social Media team as a Social Media Specialist for the global Health and Benefits business, based in Warsaw, Poland. This hybrid role requires at least three days a week in the office. You will contribute to all facets of social media, including developing organic and paid campaigns, working closely with marketing and enterprise social media teams. Responsibilities include envisioning campaigns, building content, activating externally with partners, reviewing analytics, and making recommendations.
Must have:
  • Develop the social media strategy for the global Health and Benefits business, aligned to marketing strategy.
  • Build and execute organic and paid social media campaigns for Mercer and Marsh corporate pages.
  • Champion employee advocacy for the global Health and Benefits business, including training and activation.
  • Lead weekly team meetings with social media and marketing stakeholders.
  • Contribute to presentations, scorecards, and KPIs to measure social media effectiveness.
  • Contribute to strategic projects for continuous growth and innovation.
  • Minimum two years B2B social media experience, with practical knowledge of LinkedIn and Meta.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Proven ability to work in a team and independently, with strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build a social media campaign from brief through to final social assets and post copy.
  • Understanding and application of social media channel best practices.

Job Details

We are seeking a talented individual to join the Enterprise Social Media team as a Social Media Specialist focused across our global Health and Benefits business (also known as Mercer Marsh Benefits). This role will be based in Warsaw, Poland and work local business hours. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The social media specialist is responsible for contributing to all facets of social media including the development of organic and paid campaigns. This individual will work closely with the global Health and Benefits marketing team and the enterprise social media team, accountable for the social strategy and programs in support of their marketing priorities which includes envisioning the campaigns, building the content, working with agency partners and other stakeholders to activate the content externally, reviewing performance analytics, deciphering insights and making recommendations. The role is a part of the Enterprise Social Media team.

We will count on you to:

  • Work with the enterprise social media team to develop the social media strategy for the global Health and Benefits business, aligned to their marketing strategy, to deliver on key priorities.
  • Build and execute organic and paid social media campaigns for Mercer and Marsh corporate pages on social media.
  • Champion employee advocacy for the global Health and Benefits business. This includes collaborating in the development and execution of colleague training and best practices, raising awareness of how to use social media effectively and activating colleagues in support of marketing goals.
  • Lead weekly team meetings between social media and marketing stakeholders to discuss priorities, review programs in development and/or active and align on actions, creating a collaborative and transparent working culture together.
  • Contribute to presentations, scorecards and KPIs to measure social media and strategic marketing programs effectiveness.
  • Contribute to strategic projects as a part of the enterprise social media team focused on continuous growth and innovation.

What you need to have:

  • Must have a minimum of two years B2B social media experience, with practical knowledge of LinkedIn and Meta.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills, problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Proven ability to work both in a team setting as well as independently driving programs, with strong communications skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build a social media campaign from brief through to final social assets and post copy, demonstrating understanding of and application of social media channel best practices.
