Job Description
Binance is seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) for its Accelerator Program, focusing on Java and testing. The program offers an immersive 3-6 month experience in the Web3 space, allowing participants to understand Binance's operations and contribute to the crypto-currency revolution. The role involves working closely with the 'Home, Market & Dashboard' team to test and deliver high-quality products, design and develop test cases, execute functional and regression tests, identify and track bugs, and develop automation scripts. This is an opportunity to gain experience in a leading blockchain ecosystem and enhance user experiences on the platform.
Must have:
- Passion for QA or relevant QA experience
- Understanding of software engineering and QA methodologies
- Ability to code in Java
- Familiarity with MySQL Database
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Fast learner with strong work ethic
Good to have:
- Experience in testing and delivering high-quality products
- Ability to design and develop test cases
- Experience in executing tests and identifying issues
- Skill in identifying, tracking, and fixing bugs
- Experience in designing and executing automation scripts

About the Team
Join one of Binance's core Tech functions, the 'Home, Market & Dashboard' team, and help shape the essential user interfaces and experiences on our platform. This team ensures seamless access to market data, account details, and trading functionalities, enhancing the overall user experience. Be part of a team that drives innovation and excellence in the world of digital finance.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with team members to test and deliver high quality products.
- Understand business scenarios and tech design, design and develop test cases, and organize test case reviews.
- Execute test cases and identify issues through functional and regression tests.
- Identify, track bugs to be fixed and make sure delivery on time.
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts to increase efficiency.
Requirements
- Passionate in QA field / equipped with relevant QA engineering experience in previous internship.
- Understanding of software engineering, QA methodologies.
- Ability to code in Java (hands-on) from scratch.
- Familiar with mySQL Database.
- Strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Fast learner and strong work ethic.
