Job Description

The Software Engineer - System Scheduling Performance will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and presenting key performance metrics, tools, dashboards, reports, and infrastructure for high-visibility OS features. They will design, implement, optimize, and promote new operating system constructs for intelligent resource management. The engineer will write efficient code, test, debug, and productize it. Additionally, they will prototype new ideas and features collaboratively and consult with other teams to drive the adoption of new APIs.

Job Details

We're looking for a highly motivated systems software engineer with excellent analytics, problem solving and communication skills to: * Develop, analyze, and present key performance metrics, tools, dashboards, reports and infrastructure for highly-visible OS features * Design, implement, optimize, and evangelize new operating system constructs to enable intelligent resource management * Write elegant, performant code and test, debug, and productize it * Rapidly prototype new ideas and features in collaboration with others * Consult with and influence other teams to drive adoption of new APIs
