1. Responsible for AI solution build and customer enablement with Intel CPU and AI accelerator products (Xeon, Client/edge platform, Gaudi AI accelerator, ARC dGPU, and following), target customers include OXM, ISV/SI, CSPs and large vertical end-users.
2. Directs and manages a team of AI software engineers and architects responsible for the development and/or validation of software for a specific Intel product segment or technology over multiple areas of the software lifecycle, including design, development, validation, debug, optimization, customer engagement, and/or product support.
3. Work closely with BU team, SMG sales and FAE/ITS counterpart to pursue business opportunity and win Intel platform by AI software solution enablement, customization, jointly validation, optimization and trouble shoot.
4. Responsible for enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results.

1. A Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or a related field is required, coupled with 10+ years of software development experience and 5+ years directly managing an engineer teams.
2. Proven expertise in x86 data center/edge/client platform and AI solution for customer enablement is essential.
3. Experience leading teams through the entire platform development lifecycle, from design and development to validation, optimization, and product support, is critical for this role.
4. A demonstrated ability to drive team results through effective goal setting, performance management, mentorship, and fostering a productive work environment is necessary.
5. Strong strategic leadership and communication skills are required to influence stakeholders and articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
