Autodesk is seeking a passionate and experienced Software Engineering Manager to join our Analytics Data Group. Our mission is to build a world-class, secure data platform that empowers thousands across Autodesk to make data-driven decisions—fueling product design, machine learning, experimentation, customer insights, and more.
As a hands-on Software Engineering Manager, you will lead a talented team of software and ML engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining the next-generation Autodesk machine learning platform.
In this role, you will drive the technical strategy, execution, and delivery of scalable AI/ML solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers to shape and implement the roadmap, ensure alignment with organizational goals, foster cross-functional collaboration, and champion platform adoption across teams. We’re looking for a leader with strong technical expertise in AI/ML technologies and a proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems on time and within budget. You’ve built and led high-performing engineering teams, delivered production-grade platforms for large-scale AI/ML workloads, and thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment.
