The Product Owner will play a crucial role in shaping the future of mobility by ensuring smooth and effective project execution within Agile frameworks. The candidate will collaborate closely with development teams, management, and stakeholders, coordinating multiple Scrum teams and managing dependencies to deliver successful iterations. Responsibilities include confirming the team's understanding of business value, requirements allocation, and acceptance criteria. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and people management skills, contributing to the delivery of software products and implementing initiatives effectively.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering for embedded SW
  • Hands on experience with C++ & RUST
  • Deep expertise in POSIX systems (preferably VxWorks & Linux)
  • Experience with Service Oriented Architecture
  • Good Understanding of ASPICE.
Good to have:
  • Experience in Platforms: Linux/QNX/AUTOSAR
  • Experience in Domains: Infotainment Systems, Embedded Systems, Telematics/Connectivity, ADAS, OTA, Edge Computing Devices, & Middleware
  • Ability to drive innovation and passionate about new technologies
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
  • Keen sense of ownership & lots of enthusiasm for solving challenging problems, curious learning new things

Product Owner - Middleware

Your Role

  • Ensure smooth and effective project execution by following the right tailoring of Agile techniques with leading Scrum framework
  • Close collaboration with development teams, management and other stakeholders
  • Coordinate multiple Scrum teams and lead management of dependencies and priorities, removing obstacles across organization and pave the way for successful delivery of iterations
  • Confirm with team proper understanding of business value, requirements allocation, acceptance criteria and verification plans
  • Getting things done, delivery of (exceeded) expectations with our software products

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering for embedded SW with exposure to Functional Safety and Real time concepts, ideally in automotive.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner
  • hands on experience with C++ & RUST
  • Deep expertise in POSIX systems (preferably VxWorks & Linux) on Embedded Targets
  • Experience with Service Oriented Architecture
  • Good Understanding of ASPICE.
  • A leader who will implement initiatives effectively and motivate others to contribute
  • Execute development process practices and ensure deliveries are on time and within quality
  • Take and execute decisions and process
  • A team player who will implement initiatives effectively and motivate others to carry out their work
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, project management and people management skills

Bonus points if you have experience in any of the following areas:
