As the Software Quality Assurance – Associate Director, you will provide leadership and strategic direction to multiple QA teams and departments. About the Role

As the Software Quality Assurance – Associate Director, you will provide leadership and strategic direction to multiple QA teams and departments. Your role will involve shaping the quality vision, driving process improvements, and ensuring that our software exceeds customer expectations. You will work closely with senior leaders to align QA initiatives with business goals, fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Hybrid: Eight days a month we come together in the closest office within 50 miles to experience the value of connecting with colleagues. You will report to the Director, Product Software Engineering, and work under the leadership of the Vice President, Product Software Engineering. Required Job Qualifications:

  • Develop and implement the QA strategy across multiple departments.
  • Align QA initiatives with overall business objectives and goals.
  • Drive process improvements and innovation in quality assurance.
  • Oversee the execution of complex testing projects and programs.
  • Ensure consistency in QA processes and standards across departments.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to prioritize quality initiatives.
  • Manage resource allocation and budget for QA activities.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.
  • Represent the QA function in executive meetings and presentations.
