SOI Design Engineer
Job Summary
Job Description
Broadcom is seeking an experienced SOI Design Engineer with a strong background in RFIC or Analog IC design, particularly RF SOI Switch design. The role requires deep understanding of RF block and chain design, analog sub-blocks like LDO and charge pumps, and ESD structures. Proficiency with Cadence Spectre, ADS, and HFSS tools, along with layout experience in Cadence design flow, is essential for developing RF front-end solutions for mobile communication.
Must have:
- 10+ years experience in RFIC or Analog IC design
- Deep understanding of RF block and chain design
- Deep understanding of Analog sub-block (LDO, charge pump)
- Deep understanding of ESD structure
- Deep understanding of RF front-end for mobile communication
- Deep understanding of RF SOI and CMOS device
- Proficiency with Cadence Spectre, ADS, and HFSS tools
- Layout experience with Cadence design flow
Good to have:
- MS or Ph.D degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or a related field
- Experience in RF SOI Switch design
