Summary:
The Sr. Specialist, Technical Consulting is responsible for providing technical expertise and consulting services to the organization's customers and stakeholders. This individual will work closely with the sales and implementation teams to design and implement technical solutions that meet the needs of the customer. The Sr. Specialist, Technical Consulting will also play a key role in the presales process, providing technical demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.

Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise technology solutions, such as cloud computing, security, data management, and networking
- Experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile and DevOps
- Knowledge of programming languages, such as Java, Python, or Ruby
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Knowledge of security standards and regulations, such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and PCI DSS
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical consulting services to customers and stakeholders, including requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation
- Collaborate with the sales and implementation teams to identify opportunities for new business and develop technical solutions that meet customer needs
- Lead technical demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers, including product overviews and product demonstrations
- Develop and deliver technical training and support to customers and stakeholders
- Respond to technical inquiries and support requests from customers and stakeholders
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and bring new ideas and best practices to the team
- Ensure technical solutions are in compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical consulting, with a strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
- Ability to travel, as needed
