Synechron is seeking a Dot Net Full stack Engineer with 10+ years of experience to design and develop cloud-native applications. The role involves migrating legacy APIs to the cloud, providing technical strategy, driving strategic programs, and mentoring teams. Candidates should be proficient in .NET Core, .NET Framework, REST APIs, Microservices, NextJS, React, C#, JavaScript, Git, CI/CD tools, Docker, Kubernetes, relational databases like MSSQL/Oracle, monitoring tools like Splunk, and cloud platforms, preferably AWS. Excellent communication and Agile experience are essential.

Must Have:

10+ years of industry experience as a full-stack engineer
Proficiency in MVC with .NET Core and .NET Framework, REST APIs, Microservices
Experience with NextJS, React .Net
Strong C# with OOPS concepts and design patterns, and JavaScript
Familiarity with Git, TeamCity or GitHub Actions, Octopus or similar deployment tooling
Proficient knowledge of Dockers and Kubernetes
Experience with relational databases like MSSQL or Oracle
Familiarization with Splunk or similar monitoring tool and AppDynamics
Good knowledge of cloud providers, preferably AWS
Excellent communication skills and working experience with Agile methodologies

Job Description: Cloud Architect

As a Cloud Architect you will be at the forefront of designing and developing applications with a focus on cloud-native solutions. You will play a critical role in migrating legacy APIs to the cloud, utilizing a variety of technologies and frameworks

Full Stack Developer .net + NextJS + React

Can Provide technical strategy and guidance, overseeing complex engineering initiatives.
Can drive the development of strategic programs of work, including proof of concept developments.
Can Lead and champion strategic practice development within team or platform.
Can mentor and up-skill other engineering teams across different squads.

Your skills and experience:

Experience: 10+ years of industry experience as a full-stack engineer

Development Methodologies: MVC with .NET Core and .NET Framework, REST APIs, Microservices,

Frontend Technologies: NextJS, React .Net

Programming Languages: C# with good knowledge of OOPS concepts and design patterns and JavaScript.

CI/CD: Any Git tool for source control. Build tools like TeamCity or GitHub Actions and experience with deployment tooling like Octopus or similar. Proficient knowledge of Dockers and Kubernetes.

Databases: Either of the relational databases like MSSQL / Oracle.

Monitoring: Familiarization with Splunk or a similar monitoring tool and performance tooling like AppDynamics.

Cloud: A good knowledge of either of Cloud providers, preferably AWS.

Soft skills: Excellent communication skills. Working experience with Agile methodologies
