Will act as the technical point of contact for software and databases during CAD 911 support phases and potential expansions. Ensures the correct implementation of the software solution, acting as an intermediary between the client and the Motorola support team. Translates client requirements into technical specifications to deliver to the vendor and audits the implementation. Teamwork is fundamental for working with hardware IT engineers where solutions will be installed locally.
During the support phase, creates and supervises guidelines to ensure optimal operation of software and databases, being the point of contact for escalating software and database issues. If necessary, escalates issues to the vendor. This position will be primarily responsible for software and databases, which will operate in a mission-critical environment.
Technical responsible for ensuring the lifecycle of the CAD product at the client, in relation to core IT subsystems. Supports client activations and is responsible for configuration adjustments as needed for management acceptance tests. Contributes IT knowledge to the project team, supporting or interacting with the client support manager, client technical counterparts, and IT experts from vendors. Ensures that configurations meet client expectations, as well as industry and product standards. Responsible for accurate management of administrative system data records.
Responsible for the administration and configuration of software and databases through a complete set of skills, which primarily includes experience in Windows Server OS, Linux, SQL Server, and others such as PBX and networks. Experience with SSRS is highly valued. Knowledge in networks, firewalls, servers, WAN, LAN, and PC platforms.
