Good To Have:
  • Knowledge of Salesforce products, Marketing Cloud knowledge.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales presentations to executives.
  • Successful experience in pre-sales/technical consulting roles.
  • Knowledge and experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
Must Have:
  • Deeply understand the functional specifications, constraints, and mechanisms of the assigned product as a specialist, and communicate them clearly to customers and internal sales teams.
  • Interview prospective customers about their current operations, system configurations, challenges, and constraints.
  • Envision the ideal state utilizing Salesforce products from customer, business, and technical perspectives, based on the current situation.
  • Communicate the value of Salesforce solutions to customers from technical and business perspectives.
  • Create and implement custom demonstrations based on client requirements using Salesforce solutions, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and APIs.
  • Provide presentations to executives and on-site teams.
  • Assist sales teams in preparing proposals and responding to RFI/RFP for target accounts.
  • Communicate with external implementation partners to support a seamless transition to the implementation phase.
  • Stay constantly updated on industry and technology trends, leading companies with marketing expertise.
  • Clearly and concisely explain market requirements and needs to internal product development and marketing teams.
  • Fluent Japanese and conversational English.
  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, IT implementation project (implementation, development, operation) project lead, or technical consulting in a software company or system integrator.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Logical analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Goal-oriented thinking.
  • Ability to work as a team.

Responsibilities
