We’re hiring a Sr. Graphic Designer (Retail, Print) for a freelance/contract opportunity supporting an established creative team during a full-time employee’s leave. This remote role offers flexible hours and will begin as a full-time (40 hours/week) engagement for at least four weeks, with potential for extension. The selected designer will partner closely with the Associate Creative Director to develop a variety of print marketing assets for major retail brands.
This is a remote contract position scheduled for 40 hours per week, lasting one month or longer. The pay range is $45–$50/hour, paid weekly.

Sr. Graphic Designer (Retail, Print) Responsibilities:
Design and produce marketing assets including:
Brochures
In-store signage
Banners
Event materials
Work within established brand guidelines for major retail brands (e.g., large national retailers and home goods brands).
Handle full design production cycle — including preparing mechanical files for print (no dedicated print production team support).
Apply strong typography and layout skills to content-dense materials.
Maintain clean and effective visual hierarchy across various print formats.
Sr. Graphic Designer (Retail, Print) Qualifications:
Senior-level print designer with hands-on experience (this is not an art director role).
Proven expertise in:
Print marketing materials
Typography for content-heavy designs
Brand identity design
Navigating and adhering to complex brand guidelines
Ability to manage end-to-end print file preparation.
Portfolio must demonstrate:
High-quality, clean aesthetic
Strong content hierarchy and layout clarity
Examples of brochures, booklets, posters, and identity work
