We’re seeking a Senior Art Director for a remote, one-month freelance opportunity with our client, a pharmaceutical advertising agency. This exciting role centers on a dynamic healthcare advertising project and offers the chance to collaborate with a top-tier creative team.
You’ll lead visual campaign development for a prominent healthcare brand, working closely with cross-functional partners to ensure cohesive, engaging content that aligns with brand and regulatory standards. This position offers 40 hours per week of project-based work.
Candidates must have expert-level Figma skills to succeed in this role.

Senior Art Director Responsibilities:
Spearhead the visual creation and execution of campaign materials for a prominent healthcare brand.
Collaborate seamlessly with copywriters, strategists, and account leads to produce engaging and cohesive creative content.
Employ Figma to craft and enhance visual designs, wireframes, and prototypes.
Maintain brand integrity while ensuring compliance with medical, legal, and regulatory standards.
Offer guidance and mentorship to junior design team members, fostering a supportive and innovative environment.
Consistently deliver top-tier work within the designated time frame and budget constraints.
Senior Art Director Qualifications:
Over 7 years of experience in art direction or design, with a strong preference for expertise in healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising.
Proven mastery of Figma, supported by a portfolio that highlights Figma-based design projects.
Exceptional skills in conceptual thinking and visual storytelling.
Prior experience with medical or pharmaceutical clients, particularly Novartis, is highly advantageous.
Ability to work autonomously while effectively engaging with cross-functional teams.
