We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to join a trusted banking and financial services company in Salt Lake City, Utah. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering growth potential in a supportive, team-oriented environment. The position is fully on-site.
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of client communication, assisting customers with account inquiries and financial products while delivering exceptional service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for problem-solving and a strong customer-first mindset.
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah (On-site)
Pay: $20–$22/hour + benefits, paid weekly
Schedule: Full-time, contract-to-hire
Respond to inbound customer calls and provide accurate, helpful information
Support customers with questions about deposit products and account services
Follow up on account inquiries and ensure timely issue resolution
Research, verify, and reconcile account-related information
Maintain and update customer accounts in compliance with servicing guidelines
Document all customer interactions and update database systems accordingly
Escalate complex issues or service complaints when necessary
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in banking or customer service preferred
Familiarity with business processes and internal systems
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
