Customer Service Representative

We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to join a trusted banking and financial services company in Salt Lake City, Utah. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering growth potential in a supportive, team-oriented environment. The position is fully on-site.

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of client communication, assisting customers with account inquiries and financial products while delivering exceptional service. Position Details

• Location: Salt Lake City, Utah (On-site)

• Pay: $20–$22/hour + benefits, paid weekly

• Schedule: Full-time, contract-to-hire

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer calls and provide accurate, helpful information

• Support customers with questions about deposit products and account services

• Follow up on account inquiries and ensure timely issue resolution

• Research, verify, and reconcile account-related information

• Maintain and update customer accounts in compliance with servicing guidelines

• Document all customer interactions and update database systems accordingly

• Escalate complex issues or service complaints when necessary

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Prior experience in banking or customer service preferred

• Familiarity with business processes and internal systems

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the assignment must last a minimum of 10 weeks.
