The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for commercial and IT roles. Responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates), collaborating with hiring managers, building partnerships with external recruitment agencies, using social media to promote the company’s employer brand, providing guidance on candidate selection and offer negotiations, monitoring recruitment metrics, and staying current with trends in talent acquisition. The role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for recruiting and stakeholder engagement. This is a 3+ month contract opportunity.

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Experience recruiting in marketing, advertising, analytics, or decision sciences.

We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 3+ month contract opportunity with a leading organization. This is a great chance to take the lead on high-impact recruiting initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll oversee the full recruitment lifecycle across commercial and IT roles. From building relationships with hiring managers to managing sourcing strategies and improving hiring outcomes, you'll play a key role in connecting exceptional talent with dynamic teams. If you’re a strategic thinker with a passion for recruiting and stakeholder engagement, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute proactive recruitment strategies to attract top talent across commercial and IT functions

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans

  • Build and maintain partnerships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to ensure a steady candidate pipeline

  • Use social media and digital platforms to promote the company’s employer brand and engage passive candidates

  • Provide strategic guidance on candidate selection, offer negotiations, and employment contracts

  • Monitor recruitment metrics to evaluate and optimize performance

  • Stay current with trends and best practices in talent acquisition


Requirements

  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruiting partners

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to guide recruiting decisions

  • Experience using Workday and other recruiting technologies

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition

  • Experience recruiting in marketing, advertising, analytics, or decision sciences

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of the assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
