This role is for a Sales Specialist focused on selling Identity & Fraud Solutions. The Sales Executive will identify new clients within the assigned territory, with a focus on selling payments and identity solutions, and also upsell within existing accounts. This role includes developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets, staying informed about industry trends, and maintaining a deep understanding of LSEG Risk Intelligence products to effectively communicate their value to potential clients. Collaboration with internal teams and regular sales reporting are also key responsibilities.
Must have:
  • 3 years of sales experience in payments and identity.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for client relationships.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented.
Good to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Payments and Identity Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive hunter, dedicated to acquiring new logos within the assigned territory. This role also involves upselling and expanding our payments and identity solutions within existing accounts. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the payments and identity space, with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
  • New Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients within the assigned territory, focusing on selling payments and identity solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify upsell opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of LSEG Risk Intelligence payments and identity products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential and existing clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the payments and identity space.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new clients.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the payments and identity sectors, including key players, trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tool

Compensation/Benefits Information:

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $119,200 - $198,800. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Variable Incentive Compensation plan. Target variable compensation will be commensurate with the posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
