Job Description

As an Account Strategist, Engage, you'll manage a portfolio of medium-sized businesses, understanding their growth drivers, identifying opportunities, managing risks, and creating achievement plans. You'll collaborate with the sales team, aligning workflows to meet goals and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities include improving customer relationships, making performance-enhancing suggestions, conducting outbound calls to generate growth, identifying key client stakeholders, and assessing/solving client needs through effective questioning and competitive selling. You will leverage your knowledge of online media, communication skills, and analytical abilities to shape how businesses grow, setting the vision and strategy for their advertising to reach thousands of users. This role requires fluent communication in English and Cantonese.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in advertising/sales/marketing
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
  • Client relationship management
  • Meeting/exceeding sales goals
Good to have:
  • Experience in media account management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
  • Ability to communicate in Cantonese and English fluently to support client relationship management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in advertising, media account management, and achieving quotas to drive client growth.
  • Ability to assess and solve client needs through effective questioning, objection handling and competitive selling.
  • Ability to use analytical skills to leverage data to uncover insights to support proposals and analyze impact.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail and working individually and with others.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with peers, management, cross-functional teams and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of medium size businesses by understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunity for growth, managing risks and creating plans for achievement.
  • Collaborate within the sales team, align workflow among team members to execute on a plan and ensure accountability to meet or exceed goals while delivering outstanding customer experience.
  • Improve our customer relationships and share performance-enhancing suggestions. Conduct outbound calls to establish relationships and work with existing clients to generate growth and improved client success.
  • Identify key client stakeholders to support Customer Business Objectives and annual digital marketing plans. Assess and solve client needs through effective questioning, objection handling and competitive selling.
